Can anything publish without our approval?
No. Every submission, suggestion, and proposal lands in a moderated queue and goes live only when your team says yes.
What can the public actually contribute?
Photos and stories on existing works, suggested edits when something changes, and proposals for works you don't have yet, plus saves and lists for their own routes.
How do we handle spam or off-topic submissions?
Nothing appears publicly until it's approved, so the queue is your filter. Decline anything that doesn't belong and it never touches the guide.
Does moderation need a dedicated team?
No. Contributions become drafts, not obligations. The queue waits at your pace, and your editors approve things in the same simple admin they already publish through.
